For lifters, runners, swimmers, cyclists & triathletes

Train with the full picture.

Lion Lift keeps your lifting, running, swimming and cycling in one place. Connect the AI assistant you already use and it can read that history, propose your next workout, and schedule it once you say yes.

Sync to Apple Fitness

Apple Health, with permission

With your permission, Lion Lift can read workout summaries, heart rate and related recovery signals, and save heart rate and calories from a lift to Apple Health.

Works with your AI assistant

Connect ChatGPT or Claude through the MCP connector so they can review your history and propose or schedule workouts.

AI-assisted training

Your assistant suggests. You decide.

Lion Lift connects to AI assistants through the open Model Context Protocol (MCP). The assistant works from your real history instead of guessing, and its instructions have it ask for your approval before it schedules anything.

  1. 1

    Review your history

Your assistant reads your recent completed lifts, runs, swims and rides, plus anything you've told it about goals, time and how you feel.

  2. 2

    Propose a workout

It suggests one specific session, with the reasoning, as a plan to look over. Nothing is saved yet.

  3. 3

    You approve

Review the exact date, exercises, sets, weights or intervals. Ask for changes, or say no.

  4. 4

    Schedule it

Once you confirm, the assistant creates the workout in Lion Lift, where you can see it on your dashboard. Runs, swims and rides can then be synced to Apple Fitness and your Watch.

How the connection works

Who it's for

Athletes who train in more than one way.

  • Lifters who want an assistant to see their actual sets, reps and loads.
  • Runners, swimmers and cyclists who want structured workouts without retyping them.
  • Triathletes whose lifting, run, swim and bike load all belong in one picture.

Apple Watch

Watch companion in development.

We're building a companion for logging lifts from your wrist. It isn't available yet. Workouts your assistant schedules can already be synced to Apple Fitness and your Watch.
